Calm & Condition® is a high calorie/energy feed for horses and ponies that need to put on or maintain weight and condition. It is also ideal for harder working horses and some breeds of youngstock. Being whole cereal grain and molasses free it is higher in fibre and lower in starch and sugar than traditional conditioning feeds. The energy that Calm & Condition supplies comes from its high fibre and oil content which is an excellent source of slow release, stamina giving energy.
- IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: To get the best results from Calm & Condition, please make sure that you do not feed any other products that contain barley or molasses. Many traditional feeds contain barley and/or molasses which can cause excitability in some horses. Even horses that do not become fizzy as a result of these ingredients can benefit from a low starch and sugar feed such as Calm & Condition.
